About The Host

Christian founded Sea-Town Real Estate in Seattle, WA in 2017. It was born out of a frustration he experienced during the first couple years as a new real estate agent. He knew that there had to be a better way to do things. He found that there was a real resistance in the industry to try anything new or adapt to a changing social and technical landscape. He set out to change this by providing the training, support, and systems that are often lacking… for both his agents and their clients to revolutionize their experiences and make the whole process smoother, better and more efficient. Christian also host the Sea-Town Podcast, dedicated to telling the stories of Seattle area business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

Christopher Lazarus is the Principal Broker and Chief Operating Officer of Sellect Realty. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cobb Association of REALTORS. Chris is a frequent public speaker, an approved contributor to Real Estate News, a FORBES Real Estate Council Official Member and a valued mentor to his agents. In 2015, Chris transitioned from a successful career in residential home sales to become the Principal Broker of Sellect Realty. As Principal Broker, he has introduced cutting-edge technology to improve operational efficiency, increased agent access to mentorship and support, and has grown Sellect Realty to be one of his Alma Mater’s fastest growing companies.

Nathan White – My real estate philosophy revolves around passion, new beginnings and opportunity. Real estate should be fun, exciting, challenging and rewarding, and I intend to harness these emotions when working with my clients. I personally have a passion for the real estate industry and hope to show my clients how beneficial it can be. My goal is to help my clients make smart housing decisions so they experience real estate as a fun and rewarding experience. The process and experiences with my past clients has ignited my real estate career and has forever changed me as an individual and the goals I set for myself and them. I had no idea real estate could be such a vehicle for me and I hope to show and share these experiences with all of my clients.
