Our Vision

A community created for industry professionals by industry professionals

The Industry Syndicate was founded by Dustin Brohm, Jason Frazier, and Phil Treadwell with the mission of bringing together the best thought leaders and content creators in The Industry to collaborate in a modern community.

When we say “The Industry” we mean Real Estate, Mortgage, Title, Real Estate Investors, Interior Designers, Stagers, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Home Builders, and anyone else who works or provides services to the Real Estate community.

We wanted to build a media network and community that was the home to the all the awesome industry content creators as well as to the industry professionals who want to grow their business in the modern era.

We all have the same vision and mission of where this industry is going and how we need to get there. If you are a modern professional who isn’t romantic about the way things used to be, along with having the mentality of learning new things so that you can grow your business, then you have found your tribe.

Real Talk: If you are not willing to adapt, learn new things, are not coachable, and long for the good ol’ days you this is NOT the place for you. You can continue to live in the networks and associations that have allowed you to stay stagnate and allowed our industry to fall behind. But hey, if you are happy with your status quo and it is bringing you success, then keeping doing what you are doing.
